Ele Collection ships worldwide. We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:00.

If your order was placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it will be processed on the next working day. Our couriers do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. We ship mainly to Italy via DHL in 4 working days.

Our international shipping partners are DHL and Fedex (Europe, USA, Extra Europe) with delivery times of 4/8 working days and FedEx (Asia and United Arab Emirates) with delivery times of 4/8 working days.

For all shipments outside the European Union we operate on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) payment basis. This means that all import duties, clearing fees, brokerage fees or any other additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery of the order. These charges are set by the destination country's customs authorities and you may also need to provide additional information to cancel your order. Please contact your local customs authority for more information.

Returns and Refunds

Returns on the website are accepted within the deadline which is 14 days from the date of shipment confirmation. The garments must be in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, with the internal and external tags still attached). The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the purchase.


Can I exchange my purchase?

The change is expected upon notice, no later than 14 days from receipt of the package. For more information, please contact our Customer care

Refund information

Once we have received the items for which a return request has been made, at our logistics facility, we will verify that the product complies with the aforementioned specifications. We will then pay the sum paid for the purchase within 14 days of delivery of the same, with the exception of shipping costs, making the refund using the same payment method chosen by the buyer during the purchase.

Note: Once the refund confirmation email has been received, the credit on your credit card will be visible within 24/48h.

If you purchased with Paypal, the refund will immediately appear in your account.

Return conditions

The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way. The items must necessarily be returned in the same condition in which they were sent to the customer and must be packaged and packaged appropriately. All other labels on the article, both in fabric and pendants, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article. The return of the product must take place within 48 hours following receipt of the return authorization received via email from our Customer Service (the date indicated on the postmark or on the courier's transport document). The return will be handled within 3-4 working days following the date of receipt of the returned goods at our warehouse.

In the event of non-compliance with one of the above conditions, Ele Collection reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.

We will check the product quality and issue refund only if it meets the condition of the return policy.
